ABOUT
THE STUDIO
Keyland Sound was purpose-built from the ground up in 2012. At that time it was the first and only Dolby-approved theatrical print-mastering studio in Texas. Since then the facility has continued to stay on the leading edge of innovation in audio and projection technologies. A recent 2022 update integrated Dolby Cinema and Home Entertainment Atmos monitoring and print-mastering, along with 4k cinema laser projection. The result is a truly remarkable sounding space that ticks all the boxes.

Owner / Re-recording Mixer / Supervising Sound Editor
Chris has over 20 years of experience editing and mixing post-production audio in Austin, TX. His credits include award-winning films and hundreds of commercials. He is able to connect with a director’s intent and transform ideas into dynamic impactful soundscapes. When he’s not turning knobs and pushing buttons, Chris enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family at the beach and in the mountains.
